What you get

A defect register, not a heat map.

Raw thermal imagery is the input, not the deliverable. Every anomaly is classified, scoped on the RGB, and assigned a severity by an experienced building envelope specialist.

Radiometric capture

Two-camera payload — radiometric IR plus 20 MP RGB on the same pass. Calibrated against blackbody reference each flight.

Defect classification

Moisture intrusion, missing insulation, air leakage, and detached membrane — each typed and severity-rated.

IR + RGB composite

Every defect ships with the IR scan and the RGB photo of the same patch — context, not just color.

Routable register

Defects export to your CMMS as work orders. Scope, location, and evidence travel together.

Roof + façade in one pass

Same flight covers both surfaces. Façade is captured at ~30° pitch for full envelope coverage.

Envelope specialist sign-off

Every report is reviewed and signed by an experienced building envelope specialist.
